1. Service Nature

Chunawwala provides professional consultancy, data analysis, and digital campaign services. Due to the nature of these services, which involve significant time, resources, and strategic planning, our refund policies are structured to reflect these commitments.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request the cancellation of a service agreement. The following terms apply:

• Consultancy Services: Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 15 days in advance. Any work already performed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
• Short-term Campaigns: For specific digital or offline campaigns with a fixed duration, cancellation once the campaign has commenced is not permitted.

3. Refund Policy

• Advance Payments: Advance payments for project initiation are generally non-refundable as they are used for resource allocation and initial research.
• Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact your account manager immediately. While we do not typically offer refunds for completed services, we are committed to addressing your concerns and providing corrective actions.
• Software/SaaS Subscriptions: Refund requests for digital tools or subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided no significant data processing has occurred.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
